 Lindsay Juniper | Lindsay Juniper has had over 35 years experience in the energy industry. In this time he has developed technologies and expertise in the use of coal and other fuels for power generation, specialising in the impact of coal properties on power plant performance and costs. Also including power plant feasibility studies; combustion research and evaluation and specialised testing of a range of different fuels.  Geotge Oliver | George Oliver is UST's Business Manager. He comes from a computing background being MIS Manager for Monsanto Chemicals to 1989. Since that time he has been involved in, and managed, several small business enterprises including retailing and real estate.At UST he is responsible for the day to day operation of the business. |
 Yonggang Luo (Yong) | Yonggang Luo (Yong) has had over 10 years experience in process, operation, design and troubleshooting in the development of technology for PF fired boilers. He comes to UST from Linc Energy where he was their Senior UCG Modeller. Prior to that Yong held Postdoctoral Fellowships at a number of universities in Canada and Australia and has been active in power station design and research in China.At UST Yong will be leading our development of PF firing technology.  Jac Gallagher | Jac Gallagher is our Chief Finance Officer. She looks after all the accounting & administrative functions that are required to run an efficient business. Jac runs her own business Notch Above which has a variety of bookkeeping and accounting clients.Jac is a Chartered Accountant and a member of National Institute of Accountants and has 15 years experience in the accounting and business industries. |
 Dale Bliss | Dale Bliss is UST's IT Manager providing programming services to a customers as well as looking after and developing the UST computer systems. |

 John Woolard | John Woolard has been working with UST for some time on various projects including HGI investigations, borecore analyses and other coal quality matters. John retired a few years ago as Manager of the ACIRL Ipswich laboratory, where he provided a high quality coal analysis service. His particular expertise lies in his intimate knowledge of coal quality and the "hidden traps" that can emerge during exploration and detailed coal quality programs. Click here to view resume

 Peter Marks | Peter Marks is the UST Power Plant Operations consultant. He has had 40 years experience within the Queensland electricity industry having been involved in the construction, commissioning and operation of most of Queensland's power stations. In addition, Peter has served in project and corporate management roles within the industry.At UST, Peter assists with full-scale plant trials to better burn coal in Australia and overseas.  Bob Creelman | Bob Creelman is UST Consultant Mineralogy & Materials. He has a broad education in the Earth and Engineering Sciences, and is an expert in forensic techniques to identify the transformation of mineral matter as it passes through combustion systems. He has held posts in Academia, CSIRO and Industry, providing a first hand appreciation of the ways in which each group operates, and this has enhanced his abilities to work with and between the three main groups involved in research and development. His technical expertise ranges from Geochemistry through Process Mineralogy to Materials Sciences. |
 Les Dale | Les Dale is the UST Consultant Environment dealing with the environmental impact of trace elements and inorganics in energy production. He has over 40 years experience in research in the coal and nuclear industries, finally with CSIRO as the resident Guru on trace elements in coal. He has undertaken R&D on the fate of trace elements in coal utilisation processes and has published extensively in the international literature. He has managed many ACARP projects on trace elements in coal and is well known in the coal and power industries and has collaborated with industry on a wide range of environmental issues. |
